About our Budget Preparation Services

A budget should be prepared annually and I see it as a line in the sand; a measure against which you judge your performance. More importantly monitoring your performance against a budget informs you if you are on track with your expectations and it will prompt you to ask questions which you may not otherwise have considered.

This service can be utilised as a stand-alone service, but it works best along-side the Management Accounts and Forecasting services I also offer.
